Is it possible to change the default Timesheet view? I would like to change the default from ‘Daily View’ to ‘Weekly View’.

Being able to change the default timesheet view is not a current functionality of the system.
You’re welcome to submit a product suggestion for this to possibly be included in a future update to the system.
