Field users will now see three new icons in their timesheet entries:
- padlock: locked indicates that the timesheet has been signed off for the day
- signature icon: bold indicates that the weekly timesheet has been approved
- shield: green indicates that the weekly timesheet has been verified.
If any of these symbols is active, the edit button (pencil icon) will not display, as entries are locked. These new icons will let staff know the status of their daily and weekly timesheets.
