While we have not received any official explanation to what happened today, we do know that the outage was not specific to AroFlo and effected services right across the internet. It appears that a network (DNS) problem with our hosting provider caused the issue; the service restored without our intervention.
In regards to a previous issue, we had a month ago; the cause was a system bug that saturated our error messaging, causing the system to slow down significantly. The messaging system was replaced with a more robust method of reporting and successfully functioned today. All services were back online the moment the network issue recovered.
