Introducing Task Restrictions

You can now set restrictions on who can see tasks. This is useful if you only want certain users to be able to view a particular task, or if users only want tasks that are relevant to them to appear in task lists.

Task Restrictions

If a user doesn't have access to a particular task:

  • the task won't appear for them in task lists
  • any of that task's schedules will be marked as private schedules on the calendar.

This new feature is available in both AroFlo Office and Field.

Hi Raff, a much awaited feature as far as I am concerned.

I see it can only be implemented post Task creation though…are there any plans to have this implemented at Task Type ‘default’ level so as a certain task Type, when created, is only visible to certain users/groups?
